Experiment on film pushing

Photobucket

This series of photos, i shoot with my MAMIYA RB67. Film that i choose is Lucky SHD 100, 120 format. I suppose to push it 2 stop, from ASA 100 to 400. A big mistake during development, thus all the 10 shots is 2 stop under, quite sad about it.

I use HC-110, dilution B for 7mins.

Some of the numbering and marking on the backing paper can obviously seen on the film.

My first roll self develop BnW film

Photobucket

Finally, after 2 years of laziness, i finally make up my mind and develop my first roll of BnW film. This series was taken with my Yashica GSN, the film is Lucky SHD 100, shoot at ASA 100. Developing time i'll update here once i got back my notes.

I'm quite happy with the result of this BnW film, i find BnW is more fun than colour photos.

Stay tune.

''Cooking'' black and white film

Photobucket

I had this paterson tank and HC-110 developer for quite some time, just didn't make a strong determination to start develop my own black and white film. After a strong influence from a good friend, TED,  I finally make my move. The first row that i did is Lucky SHD 100, still happy with the result.

Yesterday i just manage to develop 3 of them, Ilford FP4, Ilford HP5 and also Lucky SHD 100 (120mm). I've not scan them in to my pc, but the raw film look not bad, after 5 year (both FP4 and HP5).

Look forward for the scan, and i'll update soon.
